00:00Pastor Apolo Quibuloy's camp has filed a petition to transfer the custody of the KOGC founder to the military.

00:07They also want the pastor to be under house arrest.

00:16Attorney Israeli Tutorion is worried about the safety of his client, Pastor Apolo Quibuloy.

00:23That's why they are planning to file a motion for the transfer of custody of the KOGC leader Pastor Quibuloy

00:30from the PNP Custodial Center.

00:32They want Quibuloy to be transferred to the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

00:54The same should be considered or we are praying that the same would be considered by the court in granting his motion.

01:02Aside from this, they will also file a motion for a house arrest because of the age of the accused.

01:08Quibuloy also has a bad feeling and it is dangerous if he will remain in prison.

01:14The KOGC leader Pastor Quibuloy's camp also argued that he surrendered and he was not arrested by the authorities.

01:22The PNP clearly stated that Quibuloy was arrested after the 24-hour ultimatum against the pastor.

01:30Was there an actual restraint?

01:31No. There was only custody when he voluntarily allowed himself to be under the custody of the police.

01:41So there was no arrest. He really surrendered.

01:45Quibuloy made an ultimate sacrifice so that the members of the KOGC would not be harmed or affected.

01:52And most of all, he did not want their sacred place to be destroyed.

01:58He sensed that the assigned general was determined to really make the lives of his members miserable.

02:08So he decided to make the ultimate sacrifice of surrendering so that the sufferings of his members would be over.

02:17Meanwhile, the DILG Secretary Benjorn Abalos said that Quibuloy's lawyers were also investigating because of the obstruction of justice.

02:29Abalos insisted that Torreon had a reason for delaying the operation to massacre Quibuloy and his associates inside the KOGC compound.

02:40His lawyer did not know anything about the real reason of his arrest.

02:46The reason was that the investigation would take a few more weeks.

02:50But Torreon insisted that Quibuloy was not inside the KOGC compound.

02:55Torreon insisted that Quibuloy entered the KOGC compound on September 8 to surrender to the authorities.

03:01That is his option. We do not stop him because I am not afraid of it. He can do that because he is now in power.

03:10In the end, Torreon insisted that Quibuloy was ready to face all the charges against him.

03:17Quibuloy's charges include human trafficking, sexual abuse of minors, and child abuse.
