00:00Welcome to NTFA Premier Footy Tips, Sports Journalist Brian Allen here with the Grand Final edition.
00:07We've got South Launceston against Longford at Utah Stadium at 3.30pm on Saturday.
00:13I think South Launceston will win by 11 points.
00:16The Bulldogs are no doubt favourites going in given they have only lost one game this season and beat Longford by 33 points in the semi-final.
00:24But the Country Tigers are the only team to have beaten South this year with a 10 point win in Round 13.
00:29It looks like it will be dry on Saturday and I think that favours South due to their runners.
00:35They looked pretty scary in the first half of the semi-final when the likes of midfielders Jay Blackberry and Jordan Tepper burst away from stoppage.
00:42The big change from that semi is that Longford have ruck duo Deegan Madden and Michael Larby back.
00:48They will take on South's Cody Lowe who could end up winning the league best and fairest.
00:53This is key because South coach Jack Ma has told me that clearances are going to be crucial to winning this game.
00:59So whoever can get on top in the middle is probably winning this match.
01:03For me the other big player in this match is Longford's Zach Morris.
01:08The Country Tigers have tended to play him forward when they have the win and then they throw him to the back line when they don't.
01:16So he's always around the ball.
01:18If he plays well, Longford at every chance.
01:21But I just think South have a couple too many A-graders going into this one with that list including Blackberry, Tepper, Lowe, Grant Holt and Luke McCarty.
