Ministers in the new Northern Territory government have been officially sworn this morning, following the Country Liberal Party's landslide election win last month. There are two first-time members of parliament in Lia Finocchiaro's new cabinet, which she says will be focussed fully on addressing crime and growing the economy.

00:47for Lands, Planning and Environment, and the Minister for the Separate Portfolio of Water

00:54Under the Lawler government, those portfolios sat together, along with climate change, which
00:58has now been scrapped.
