00:00A school bus driver who claimed to have a student's birth certificate in the air-county did not admit to being guilty.

00:08In court, Session Mua was charged with two charges of sexual harassment against children.

00:13The 24-year-old accused was charged with sexual harassment physically by kissing the cheeks of female children.

00:20His four-year-old daughter was also charged with sexual harassment between 5pm and 6pm in a school bus,

00:26and was detained in a detention centre from April to September 2024.

00:31For the second charge, the accused was charged with sexual harassment, not physically,

00:35by repeatedly kissing the cheeks of nine-year-old girls.

00:39For the sexual harassment charge between 5pm and 6pm, it took place in a school bus at Alamak Samad.

00:46If the accused is proven guilty, he can be sentenced to no more than 10 years in prison,

00:51or a fine of no more than RM20,000 or both.

00:56Previously, the accused was the owner of the Abambas account with 640,000 followers on TikTok.

01:03After frequently posting videos, it is clear that he exposed the face of the student who became his passenger.

01:08The video was made by the Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, Nancy Syukri,

01:13and was made public by the Children's Development Office.
