00:00Well, I got a couple of years ago that I first noticed that I was weaning a lot more, and I thought to myself,

00:05you know, I might be in a bit of trouble here.

00:07But, you know, a typical man, you know, wasn't thinking about being incontinent,

00:13and I just kept pushing with it until the pain started coming.

00:17And when the pain came, I thought, right, this is something serious.

00:20So I ended up going to the doctors because, you know, it was affecting my sleep.

00:25It was affecting my well-being.

00:27And normally, you know, typical male, just push it through until I went and got help.

00:32And then they gave me a diagnosis saying, okay, this is called retention,

00:37which meant that my bladder wasn't emptying all the time I went to the bathroom.

00:45And all of a sudden, I knew what it was, and then I got a plan to get it fixed.

00:49Yeah.
