Slasher - Trailer

Archstone Entertainment announced the US digital release of the Spanish horror/thriller, Slasher. The film will be distributed in partnership with Distribution Solutions, a division of Alliance Entertainment and will be available on October 8th, 2024.

Slasher follows the story of Julio, the son of an infamous spree killer. After a group of unsuspecting travelers crosses his path, he must face a harrowing choice: walk away from his family’s violent history or don a new mask and carve his own gruesome legacy.

Slasher has cleaned up on the festival circuit, winning ‘Best Movie’ at B-RETINA FESTIVAL, EUROPE INDEPENDENCE FILM FEST, SANT ANDREU DE LA BARCA FILM FEST, SABADELL FILM FEST, MORCEGO-VERMELHO FILM FEST, and LA MAR BELLA HORROR FILM FEST, where the film was also awarded for ‘Best Director.’ The film also took home the ‘Best Feature Horror’ at MAGIC SILVER SCREEN FILM FESTIVAL and HORROR FILM FEST BARCELONA.

Alberto Armas Díaz makes his directorial and screenwriting debut with Slasher. Starring Sergio Alguacil (Serve & Protect, 17 Minutos con Nora), Fabiola Munoz (The End), Mario Gallardo (Vestidas de Azul), with cinematography by Adrián Ortíz, and music by Paul Andrews.

Hailing from Spain, this Spanish language (with English subtitles) horror film will be available on digital in the US on October 8th.
