01:13But everything should be under the control of a person.
01:16A person's needs and desires should not be controlled.
01:22Similarly, a person's hunger should not be controlled.
01:26He should not have food and drink in his mind all the time.
01:29Similarly, a person's sleep should not be controlled.
01:32He should not have to sleep all the time.
01:35He should find a place where he can sleep.
01:39Similarly, sexual thoughts and sexual needs should not be so much on a person's mind all the time.
01:45He should keep thinking about it all the time.
01:48And most of the time of the day, or the time to do his work,
01:52should be spent only on sexual thoughts.
01:55And he should not be able to do any work with productivity.
01:58Your desires, your basic needs, and your thoughts should be under your control.
02:06Our thoughts, our basic desires, our basic needs, they are not controlling us.
02:11In fact, we are controlling them.
02:14But you will often see that some people are being controlled by their desires for food and drink.
02:20Some people are being controlled by their sexual desires.
02:25Because of which they can not normally enjoy many other things in their life.
02:31Nor does their attention go to those things.
02:34And these sexual thoughts not only spoil the mental health of a person,
02:40but sometimes they can also spoil his sexual health.
02:45And sometimes it happens that some people, due to sexual thoughts,
02:49which we call obsessions,
02:51that is, these thoughts start coming so much that they become a disease.
02:55Sexual thoughts, like we have in our hands,
02:58that we can increase our food intake as much as we want.
03:01If any of you want, you can eat one roti.
03:04A piece of bread can keep your hunger.
03:07Similarly, if a person wants sexual thoughts in the same way,
03:10he can finish them, he can reduce them, he can control them as much as he wants.
03:14That is, it is in your hands how much you increase your things.
03:19But as we practice things to stop our food intake,
03:24as we exercise, as we do intermittent fasting,
03:28that is, we fast for a few hours so that our hunger can come under our control.
03:33Or we drink water so that our hunger comes under our control.
03:38So, in the same way, to control our sexual thoughts,
03:41we can do different activities.
03:43In which one activity is that if you indulge yourself in physical exercises,
03:47then your sexual energies will be positively channelized.
03:51And on the other hand, that sexual energy will start being consumed.
03:55And your life will be saved from sexual thoughts.
03:58In the same way, the real way that I have told you,
04:02how you can change your sexual energy into your positive energy,
04:07or you can control your sexual thoughts.
04:10One of its best and scientific ways is meditation.
04:14Meditation is a state in which a person goes into a very deep, peaceful state.
04:20First of all, you relax your body.
04:23Then you relax your mind along with your body.
04:27And then you start taking control of your body and mind in your hands.
04:32And this is a state in which a person is very peaceful.
04:37All his thinking is inverted.
04:40That is, he is completely unaware of the world.
04:43Meditation is such a way that if a person is meditating,
04:47that is, he goes into a deep, peaceful state.
04:50And he gets used to doing meditation.
04:52That is, he can control his own behavior, anger and hunger.
04:57And in the same way, he can control his sexual thoughts.
05:00When a person is meditating, that is, in a deep, peaceful state.
05:04You can also call it marakba.
05:07We also call it a peaceful exercise in our language.
05:13It is a relaxation exercise, but it has a much deeper form.
05:17When you are meditating,
05:19your sexual energy goes positively upward.
05:25And then it starts to transform your mind positively.
05:29And positive thinking and thoughts start to come in it.
05:32That is, your sexual energy starts to transform positively.
05:37So meditation is such a way that if you practice it continuously for 45 days.
05:44In such a deep relaxation, you go into the condition of marakba.
05:50And then you transform your sexual energy into your positive energy.
05:54That is, to stop your sexual thoughts.
05:58To stop them, start giving positive thinking to your brain.
06:03So your sexual thoughts start to decrease and end.
06:06And your sexual energy changes into your positive energy.
06:10And makes you a more positive person.
06:13But if you practice it continuously, it can be possible.
06:17Otherwise, if you are practicing it sometimes and sometimes you are not practicing it.
06:21Then it will start to bug you in the same way.
06:25Its method is very easy.
06:27You sit at a peaceful place.
06:29A deep relaxation exercise is on my channel.
06:33You can start things with that.
06:35And then when you relax your whole body.
06:37Then you start going towards the thought that you want to stop and end.
06:43That is, the sexual thought that is bothering you again and again.
06:47Bring it into your brain and start putting a positive thought in its place.
