00:00Want to build your own city and manage it? Then you have come to the right game.
00:09I tended to stay away from these types of games because I thought they just wouldn't work in VR.
00:15But after I tried Little Cities and got totally hooked on it and then Townsmen VR and really loved that as well,
00:24my mind was changed. So I took the dive and I bought Cities VR.
00:30Now this game you just can't jump in and jump out of. You're going to have to invest some time into this one.
00:38Thinking about roads and building placements, taxes, ways to earn money to build more,
00:45what building you're going to need to buy in order to make your current buildings level up.
00:52You even have to add sewage systems and run electric, even run bus and train routes.
00:58There are nine landscapes that you can build your cities on.
01:02I played the first island for around 15 hours at the time of me doing this video.
01:08So with nine islands in total, there is plenty of gaming time to be had.
01:14And not just that, you can just start all over again and do things differently
01:19or use the menu at the start to allow all building unlocks or unlimited amount of money.
01:25Again, with these types of games, I just love zooming in and getting right into the city and watching people,
01:32observing how your city is running. I mean, don't expect PlayStation 5 Grand Theft Auto type graphics,
01:40as this is pretty basic, but it's enough to enjoy watching your people go about their day.
01:46The buildings themselves will have little tags appear above them at times,
01:50telling you if they need electric, water or if it's on fire, if there's a death, sickness and other stuff.
01:57So that also keeps you busy. As your city grows, you will unlock milestones
02:03and each milestone unlocked gives you more buildings that you can use in your city.
02:09Now, I don't know anything about the Cities Skyline franchise on the PC,
02:13but on the Quest, I would like to see DLC packs come out with new landscapes
02:19and even add aims like make a certain amount of money or reach a certain amount of population.
02:25Add some new building content such as airports or large towers similar to what cities around the world have.
02:32For example, the Eiffel Tower in France or the Skytree Tower in Japan.
02:37There's obviously so much that can be added to a game like this.
02:42I've had an absolute blast playing it. It took 15 hours of my time to build my first city
02:49and it's also something relaxing that I could just sit up in my bed at night and play while the kids were sleeping.
02:56I have to say though, if you are used to playing this on a PC,
03:00you are probably not going to enjoy it on the Quest 2 or 3,
03:04unless you actually remember that the Quests are not as powerful as PCs.
03:10So, I'm going to give this a score of 24 out of 30
03:16and you can find my scoring system below in the description section.
03:20Please give me a like if you enjoyed this video.
03:23Comment if you have played it and what you like or don't like about it.
03:27The more people that share their opinion,
03:29the better it is for others to base their decisions off on if they should buy it or not.
03:34And please subscribe as it really makes me happy to see that figure go up,
03:38just like the money in Cities VR.
03:41Thank you guys. Have a good one.
