00:00Yeah, I think just with the delicate nature of this storyline in particular,
00:08really just taking our time, being very careful around all of the intimate scenes,
00:15and just trying to make it feel as real as possible for the viewers to, you know,
00:21really cling on to this idea of hope for Brie.
00:26And, you know, it's very technical, so, you know, you rehearse,
00:30and having the intimacy coordinator is amazing.
00:34I'm so grateful that we, you know, have that person in place now.
00:40And, yeah, I think just being really careful and delicate
00:46and approaching it with a lot of care.
00:49Yeah, I think, I mean, it was my first time working with an intimacy coordinator,
00:53and I was, you know, as Kat said, I was really appreciative of having that as a facility now,
00:58because, you know, these are uncomfortable scenes to shoot as a performer.
01:03And this show in particular, you know, it's not like, the sex in this show is not meant to be gratuitous.
01:12It's not meant to be there just for the sake of, and now they have sex.
01:15It's part of the conversation.
01:17And so, you know, even talking about awkward things about what type of sex is this
01:21and all that sort of stuff, it was really important that we got that right.
01:24And, you know, having consent and for it to feel, you know, like, delicate and sensual and things like that.
01:35Like, these are conversations that you have, and having an intimacy coordinator in place
01:39really helps have that conversation for something that is innately going to be a weird experience.
01:46It always is when you do these things.
01:48To make it as safe as possible and have, you know, boundaries.
01:53And, you know, my feeling as Tom is I always want Kat to feel as safe as possible,
01:59like working and showing scenes that are not safe when you actually watch them.
