00:00It's the NTAs tonight, and normally I would be going to that,
00:03but I just feel, you know, I don't know what it is,
00:06but I'm not feeling confident enough to go,
00:08cos you know that whole red carpet thing?
00:10That's huge, isn't it? Which I find really scary.
00:12It's so scary, I don't think people realise the pressure of that.
00:14And I think the thing is with something like that, Lorraine,
00:16is you literally have all of the lights on you,
00:20but then everyday men and women can sometimes feel that
00:24they're being watched, everyone's scrutinised.
00:27Yes, and you're never good enough.
00:28And you're never good enough.
00:30But in those moments, it's about turning that outwards
00:33and focusing on maybe conversations that you have with people,
00:37what's going on outside of you, and recognising, actually,
00:40the majority of the time, no-one really cares what you're wearing,
00:43what you're doing.
00:43We're all in our own heads, worrying about our own stuff.
