00:05How does it feel to be compared to an icon like that?
00:08I mean, I honestly take it as a compliment. I think she's one of the most incredible performers of the 2000s.
00:15I remember watching her as a kid all the time.
00:18And I just feel very lucky that she's seen my performances and knows my music.
00:21It feels crazy and very surreal. So, I just feel very lucky.
00:25You have a new song dropping tomorrow. What can you tell us about it?
00:28It's very pop. The music video is very ballsy and daring.
00:33I'm so excited. Sean Bankhead, my choreographer, absolutely crushed the choreography.
00:37It's one of my favorites. I'm excited to start the new era in a fierce way.
00:42Any advice that you would give to your younger self about being in this industry?
00:46I would say listen to yourself always.
00:50I think listening to anyone else gets you nowhere and it just makes you ten times more confused.
