00:24in place during the previous seasons,

00:28even when that happened.

00:29Because, look, when that happened, when production

00:31stepped in and stopped that, it showed that these policies

00:35and procedures were very understood by the production.

00:38So it just showed that now that for the next season,

00:43when it came into production, they were just,

00:48the policies and procedures weren't just controlled

00:52by the production team itself.

00:54They actually brought additional HR people to actually make sure

00:57that those, that black and white writing was understood by all.
