00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to

00:05insert a table to a conversation on Microsoft Teams using a Mac computer

00:10without further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you need to have

00:15access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. Now this can be for

00:19work, school or business. We also need to have access to the desktop application

00:23Microsoft Teams. So can I go down to the dock, go to launchpad, go to a Mac

00:28Office, go to Microsoft Teams. Let's just wait for the application to load. Once

00:32that has loaded just make sure you are signed into the account then go to the

00:35left hand side navigation menu, go to Teams, go to a channel. Let's just stay in

00:40the general. Let's now go to new conversation. Let's click on the A with

00:46the pencil to expand the conversation. Now to insert a table on top we have all

00:53the information whether we want to turn the writing to bold, italics, underline.

00:58Let's just skip to the section where we are allowed to insert a table. Let's just

01:04insert 2 by 3 and we can add a subject. Table, fruit, quantity, apple, 5, banana, 5.

01:29Let's now click on send and so that's how you send a table as part of a

01:37conversation to the group that may be in Teams, on Teams or in your channel. So we

01:47can now quit Microsoft Teams and so that's about this video. I'll see you
