00:00How valuable has the last two weeks been? Is there a sense that you'll only really know when the games start?
00:06No, they're valuable, without a doubt, because it's not only like we're doing bits of work for Borough, of course we are,
00:12but we couldn't really work how we wanted to work, we were preparing for game, game, game, you know, just through the door.
00:20This week we've set a template for what it will look like on a Saturday-to-Saturday game and get the boys used to that
00:26and get the staff used to working that way as well, so yeah, lots of reasons why it's been a good few days.
00:32But yeah, mainly for me is just to be on the training pitch with the players that we had here.
00:37Is it a week to go and attack? You've got a cup game against a top-flight team and then a derby, or are you just looking at Middlesbrough?
00:43Yeah, Borough's the one, isn't it? You look too far ahead, you come unstuck, good opponents,
00:52but a game we want to go and try and get something out of and then, yeah, my focus won't switch to Fulham until after that game.
01:01However, when you're planning further ahead, you're still looking at the next game, less than three full days later,
01:10then we've got that extra day because it's a Sunday and an early-morning kick-off.
01:13So the planning's been done, but the focus is just on Borough.
