Diosdado Cabello denounces terrorist plot linked to U.S. and Spain

The Venezuelan government announced the dismantling of a terrorist plan which, according to evidence collected, has connections with the CIA of the United States and the National Intelligence Center of Spain. The Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, revealed details of an operation that would have uncovered a plot to destabilize the country and attempt against high government officials.
