Severe floods hit Czech Republic as rivers overflow, more rain expected
Heavy rainfall caused severe flooding in parts of the Czech Republic on Saturday (Sept 14), triggering evacuations and power outages.
The northern and northeastern areas bore the brunt of the deluge and 51,000 households had their electricity supply cut off.
