Elizabeth Debicki becomes the first Australian to win in her Emmy category

Aussie Elizabeth Debicki has won an Emmy for her take on Princess Diana on the final season of 'The Crown'. Debicki was also nominated for the same role last year in Netflix's hit royal series. She joins fellow Aussie actors Murray Bartlett - who won for The White Lotus in 2022, and Sarah Snook - who won for Succession - as recent Emmy winners.
