00:00We've had communication, yeah. Obviously I spent a couple of weeks before coming into this environment with him
00:06just to come up with a few ideas and a few plans on what we try and do but I know what he likes
00:14and I've replicated a few things in the same way that I know he'll carry on in that same mantra
00:20but he's there on the end of the phone if I need to talk to him straight away.
00:24I'm directing it in a way that I know will be very similar to when he comes in.
00:30He'll talk the same way, he'll manage in the same fashion, debrief in the same way
00:37because we've spent two and a half years together coaching and we've done things in that way
00:43that we've done within the test environment and I'm kind of just, it's not copying it
00:47because I'm putting my own stamp on it but it's done in a very similar sort of fashion
00:51involving the very similar sort of people in terms of the coaches we have around it.
00:55So it's a start of what's going to go on and it will carry on pretty seamlessly when he takes over in January.
