00:00It follows from all of this that I'm not persuaded that either indispensable, intermediate fact
00:04is proof beyond reasonable doubt. I have decided that the version of events provided by the
00:10accused may be true. In those circumstances, I must acquit. For all these reasons, the
00:17verdict I must enter in respect of both Robert G's and Anne G's is not guilty. I publish
00:24my reasons to the parties. A redacted version of the judgment which removes all those matters
00:30that are the subject of various statutory protections will be available on case law
00:35for access by media and members of the public shortly. Is there any other matters I need
00:42to attend to? At this stage, Mr and Mrs G's can be released from the dock to sit with
00:48their legal representatives. I understand corrective services processes may follow,
00:53but at this stage Mr and Mrs G's are not guilty and ought to be released from the dock,
01:00if that could occur. Now please, thank you. Nate can be accommodated next to their solicitors.
01:10Now, thank you.
