00:20The US Commodities and Futures Trading Commission filed an emergency motion to block Calshi,

00:25a prediction market from listing 2024 election contracts, for two weeks while it works on

00:31its appeal.

00:32The filing occurred on the same day that Judge Giacobbe of the U.S. District Court for the

00:38District of Columbia ruled in favor of Calshi offering products that allow people to bet

00:43on the winner of the election.

00:51Elon Musk, owner of X, shares his artificial intelligence startup X.A.I. is not looking

00:57to earn revenue from Tesla in exchange for sharing its technology, stating there is no

01:03need to license anything from X.A.I.

01:07The statement comes following the Wall Street Journal report claiming the opposite.

01:13With stablecoin competition increasing, Tether has announced its investment of $100 million,

01:199.8% stake in the Latin American agricultural company Adecco Agro.

01:25This follows investments into other areas like artificial intelligence, Bitcoin mining

01:30operations and digital education initiatives.

01:35Mastercard is now in partnership with the crypto payments provider Mercurial on a Euro-dominated

01:42debit card called Spend.

01:44As a multi-chain card, Spend is said to enable users to pay for things with crypto directly

01:50from their wallets.

01:54Traveler.com, a crypto-friendly travel booking platform, announced their partnership with

01:59Skyscanner in a new blog post.

02:02The resulting partnership will allow more than 100 cryptocurrencies to be used at 2.2

02:08million hotels.
