00:00The case of extradition for the former body of Negros Oriental, 3rd District, Arnulfo Tevez Jr. needs to go through a new process in Timor-Leste.
00:11According to the Justice Department, the new process is the result of procedural decisions made by Tevez's lawyers in Timor-Leste.
00:20This move is clearly an afterthought because it was only raised after the hearings that were not favorable to Tevez.
00:30However, the DOJ believes that the result of the new hearing will be like the previous decision
00:38and that Tevez is about to face the murder cases that were filed against him in a court in Manila.
00:46Tevez is being accused as a mastermind in the extradition of the former Governor Robel Degamo and several other individuals.
