00:00Tropical Storm Helen has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:06According to the METROWEATHER, there is a high chance of rain in Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol Region,

00:12and in Panay and Negros Islands.

00:14Almost the whole of Luzon will be affected by the afternoon.

00:18This includes Northern Luzon, Samar and Leyte Provinces, Zamboanga Peninsula,

00:23Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Soxargen, and Davao Region.

00:28It is expected to be heavy rain in some areas, especially in Luzon and Western Visayas,

00:33so be alert for high water levels or landslides.

00:37There is also a high possibility of rain in Metro Manila tomorrow
