00:04An expert reminded us that dogs should not be touched.

00:15This is a video of a content creator, Sandra Lian, also known as Lorin.

00:25She was bitten by a canine of a hotel.

00:29While I was there, I was retouching.

00:31I saw the guard and the dog approaching me.

00:35Because she loves dogs, she did not hesitate to approach the canine.

00:40She said she would also do content, so she prepared a cell phone camera.

00:45I could not introduce myself to the dog.

00:49So when I turned around, I think she was also surprised.

00:52Because of course, maybe her reaction was like, who is this?

00:55Then she slapped me in the face.

00:58Aside from the face, she also bit her hand.

01:02Lorin admitted that she did the wrong thing and was possibly surprised or threatened by her dog.

01:17According to veterinarian and expert canine trainer, Dr. Abel Manalo,

01:22there are dogs that are trained to detect, guard, and protect, just like what Lorin did.

01:29Dogs are not ordinary dogs.

01:31Belgian Malinois are canines.

01:34Canine units should not be petted because they are not therapy dogs.

01:38They are not pet dogs.

01:40They are there to work.

01:42There are other canines that have collars where it is written,

01:46The dog may also be triggered by the bite.
