01:41found lying unconscious and unresponsive in Fish Street on September 6th.

01:47Suspecting a likely opioid overdose, PC Davis deployed the nasal spray and the man, who

01:53was aged in his 20s, came around and she stayed with him until paramedics arrived to provide

01:59further medical help.
