Locals in an exclusive part of central London have called for an end to "dangerous" car meets - which sees 'boy racers' descend in the middle of the night to rev their engines and do stunts.
The "reckless" drivers turn up every Sunday at around midnight in St James' Waterloo Place, it is claimed - less than a mile from Buckingham Palace.
Residents say petrolheads spend hours doing doughnuts, revving their "souped-up engines", and creating noise "so loud it sounds like an explosion".
