Berbalik Melemah, Rupiah Bertahan di Rp15.300-an/USD

Nilai tukar Rupiah diproyeksi semakin perkasa usai Bank Indonesia (BI) memangkas suku bunga acuan sebesar 25 bps menjadi 6 persen.  Gubernur BI Perry Warjiyo menyebut, penguatan Rupiah didukung oleh konsistensi bauran kebijakan moneter Bank Indonesia serta meningkatnya aliran masuk modal asing.

00:20According to the Artia data, the trading in Rabu this afternoon,

00:23the Rupiah exchange decreased by 0.01% to the level of US$15,331.

00:30Intraday, the Rupiah exchange increased to US$15,299.

00:37Before the opening of the trading in Rabu this morning,

00:41the Rupiah exchange increased by 0.2% to the level of US$15,300.

00:47The movement of the Rupiah exchange is based on the Bunga The Fed policy,

00:51where a survey by CME FedWatch shows that the market expects the Fed to 100%

00:57cut the bond between 25 and 50 basis points.

01:02As a note, the last cut by the Fed took place in March 2020,

01:07where at that time the bond was cut close to zero

01:10to support the US economy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
