00:19According to passengers, in some main roads in Dagupan City in Pangasinan,

00:24heavy rain and high tide brought flooding.

00:27But aside from the flood, some tricycle drivers were also affected.

00:33Every day, some drivers have to pay more than 10 pesos minimum fare.

00:42They should know the minimum fare for the seniors.

01:50a large rock fell and hit the road of Barangay Talubin in Bontoc, Mountain Province.

01:56No one was injured in the incident.

01:58The DPWH has already carried out a clearing operation.
