Singh Street: First look at new Indian fusion restaurant offering brunch and dinner

A contemporary Punjabi bar and kitchen serving street-food-inspired dishes opens its doors in Edinburgh this week.

Singh Street on Brunsfield Place offers a range of eyewatering dishes from curries, small plates and an innovative brunch menu that includes Punjabi omelettes, bacon and egg Naan rolls, and baked eggs and masala beans.

Set across two floors, the 100-cover restaurant is set to open on Thursday, September 19 following weeks of renovating the venue formerly operated by the Chop House.
