00:13At first, I thought it was a cockroach, but then I saw it was a snake.
00:17And it started constricting me tightly.
00:19I fought with it for quite a while, since around half past eight.
00:23She struggled with the snake for two hours until neighbors heard her cries for help and called the police.

00:30We kicked the door open and we saw the elderly woman being constricted by the snake on the floor.
00:35It must have been for quite some time because her body had already started to turn pale.
00:39According to CBS News, police and animal control officers managed to free Aram
00:43by hitting the snake in the head with a crowbar.
00:45However, the python escaped before they could capture it.
00:48Thailand's Department of Disease Control reported 26 deaths by snake bite in 2023.
