08:33candidate, and he said, who are you with, partner, who do you stand with, partner, so I think in this
08:47country, we have to ask more than one person in Venezuela, that are on the cafeterias, on the
08:56streets, that are being prepared for participating in elections by 2025, it would be worthy to ask,
09:07who do you stand by, are you with terrorism or with peace, so it is worthy to ask more than one
09:19people, for those who are being silent before that intention, so we reject that interference, that
09:29arrogance of some Spanish parliamentarians, so not only we reject them, but there is a thin line
09:44called Venezuela, so we have a monolithic unity, because we focus on sovereignty, and so the
09:57problems of Venezuelans are only sorted out by the Venezuelans here in Venezuela, so not only

11:58We were listening to Jorge Berrito as he addressed the National Assembly of Venezuela. Let's continue
12:06to recall that we were listening to the Venezuelan National Assembly as the deputies were discussing
12:11different forms of foreign interference in the internal affairs of the country. They were also
12:18discussing the allegations presented by former candidate Edmundo González after a letter was
12:24revealed in which he recognized the Supreme Court ruling, the electoral ruling regarding the
12:31elections of July 28th, and also going against some of the claims that he had been made, showing
12:37all the evidence that was shown by the president of the National Assembly, Jorge RodrĂguez, who is
12:44leading this session. About this Venezuelan situation, and they are referring to the
12:56Venezuelan elections, and I put into context that there are around 100 elections worldwide.
13:03I wish that the European Parliament gave their opinions about the 100 elections, but
13:15they just focus on Venezuela. The European Parliament has European lawmakers of 17 countries.
13:27I want to recall before entering into the matter that this European Parliament in 2019,
13:36they reiterated the recognizing Juan GuaidĂł. It is a political line that has been for years,
13:46so they recognized the interim president Juan GuaidĂł. That was five years ago, so
13:59in the counting of votes of this European Parliament debate in 2019, there were 219
14:11votes in favor, and there were 130 votes less in 2024,
14:19so they have 100 votes, almost 100 votes against in 2024.
14:30So this reflects that a part of the European Parliament, and I want to characterize
14:37who promoted this resolution. It is the far right. It is the European MPs of the far right wing,
14:46mainly Spain, DPP, and Vox, led by Santiago Bascal. They are the same that proposed on
14:56September 11 the resolution against Venezuela. Hungary, the lawmakers of Hungary of the far
15:04right wing, and the lawmakers following Marine Le Pen, and those legislators
15:18following the Giorgio Meloni from Italy. So that is the fascist international
15:25legislators from the far right wing who are just boosting this resolution, and so I want
15:34to say that the votes of the European Parliament are concentrated by Germany, Spain, France, Poland,
15:45and so those five countries are just adding up like over 100 legislators, so
15:55a couple of weeks ago, there were the pronouncements of the Kingdom of Spain, and
16:04we have seen the resolution from the Chamber of Deputies of Colombia, so urging the
16:14the Colombian government to recognize Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia, and the Central Democratic
16:23Party from Colombia has been founded by Uribe and Ivan Duque, so a few minutes later
16:34in the Chamber of Deputies in Chile, they approved the recognition of Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia,
16:44so we are speaking about the resolution of the European Parliament, so we are in presence, and it
16:50is competent, this assembly recognized the instrumentalization of parliaments controlled
16:58by the far right wing to attack the Venezuelan revolution and the government of President
17:05Nicolás Maduro Moros, so we have to say that this is within the framework of Madrid Forum,

18:34the Venezuelan regime announced that they had detained foreigners, and they are claiming about
18:47two sec citizens, one sec citizen, and two Spanish, and so they have posted
18:58fake allegations, and so that, and they are just interfering people,
19:07you are accomplices of the international plot to attempt to overthrow the legitimate
19:16president Nicolás Maduro Moros, so in this resolution, after the things that they propose,
19:24they use several verbs, but on one side, they said, they demanded the Venezuelan authorities,
19:33so you don't have the right to demand as anything, the European Parliament must demand to its monarchy,
19:42so the European Parliament has six monarchies, so you don't have more to speak about democracy,
19:50Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, and Sweden are countries that have monarchies, and they are
20:00speaking about democracy, we don't accept that, so they recognize in Mundo González Urrutia,
20:06name him as a king of some of your countries, but the Venezuelan people recognize
20:15Nicolás Maduro Moros as president, as re-elected president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
20:23so another, other of their proposals is that they condemn strongly, so the first thing you
20:31have to do is to condemn fascism, condemn the white, the white supremacy, the content,
20:40the genocide against the Palestinian people, so you don't have the right to,
20:45to, to give your criteria about the Venezuelan affairs, they condemned the,
20:54they invited the, so the National Electoral Council invited, so we have the right, you are,
21:04you are part of the conspiracy of, to destabilize the electoral system, so
21:11never again, no, any, you won't participate in any electoral process of Venezuela, because
21:19you are part of this conspiracy, so we have to respond to, with article one of the constitution,
21:26so I would send them the, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is irrevocably free and independent,
21:35and so its moral heritage and its values on the doctrine of SimĂłn BolĂvar, the liberator,
21:45so there are, there are strong rights of the nation, the independence, sovereignty,
21:52the territorial integrity, and the self-determination of the people, so this resolution,
22:00the, this comprehensive resolution violates all principles of the international rights,
22:08and referring to the resolution of Spain, sovereignty and equity of all the states,
22:16so each state has the right to govern itself without any foreign intervention,
22:23so the principle of non-intervention, it is forbidden the interfering in internal affairs
22:30of the states to safeguard sovereignty and self-determination of the peoples, and I refer,
22:36I'm referring to another principle, self-determination, so the peoples have the right to
22:42determine its own future, its own economic and social future with autonomy.
22:50Venezuela makes respect its rights, so president, I have another, other elements,
23:01as, and it came out this lady, thank you Europe, said, so they are just puppets,
23:11puppets, Leopoldo LĂłpez, Antonio Ledesma, and so they, they are just making parades,
23:19I think we are today with the fathers, liberators of this homeland,
