00:40kind of like new money style, it's got that historic class to it as well. So yeah, without
00:45further ado, let's talk through this absolutely incredible property. This is an extraordinary
00:52six bed detached property which is located just north of the M55 on the Fylde Coast,
00:57so like we say it's got that rural tranquility to it and it's on the market for £1.7 million

06:42and also there's an intercom system in most of the rooms so if you've got guests over,

07:33very convenient and it's also got a dressing table but to finish it off, take a look at this

07:46This for me is the en suite of all en suites.
07:54So now we're outside at the back, let's take a look at what we've got. So we've got this nice
07:58patio area here which is great for when we get the nice weather. Look at the size of this outdoor
08:02dining table, again it mirrors the dining area inside, catered for social and family occasions.
08:08We've got a nice seating area, how about your own well and if that wasn't enough, how about your own
08:12hot tub. Now one of the things the current owners have said to me is they're going to miss is sitting
08:17in a hot tub at night and watching the sunset. There is no better place to do it, just take a
08:22look at what is around us. We've got the stables with a paddock and equestrian use but it's currently

09:26created a real social hot spot here. We've got ample seating, bifold doors to the front and the
