00:05Well, we've gone round, we feel there's anxiety, we also feel that some people fear that there may

00:15be violence, but we are optimistic. Our role is to ensure that citizens have the agility

00:24to come out and cast their votes, perform their civic responsibility, and elect who they think

00:34should be the governor for the next four years. And so we would ask all the stakeholders,

00:41INEC, the security agencies, the political parties, to conduct themselves within the framework of the

00:50law and the regulations and guidelines issued by INEC, so that the election can be free, fair,

00:58and credible. Yes, sir. Sorry, lastly, you advised journalists of non-bias. Aside that,

01:04what should we expect from this particular situation? I think you would expect

01:09a wide coverage of observing the elections, so we would be able to feed the media about what we

01:22see in the field, irrespective of the conduct of the election, irrespective of the conduct of

01:27stakeholders, the INEC staff, the security agencies, the political parties, and even the voters.

01:34So that's a sort of insight, and it is the totality of this that would determine

01:40from our own perspective whether an election is free, fair, and credible or not.
