BECKY HOLT has been dubbed Britain’s most tattooed woman, with approximately 80% of her body covered in tattoos. The inked model and influencer is now a mother to seven-month-old Aurora Forrest, and her critics out there aren’t shy in passing judgement. Becky told Truly: “I have been called a bad mother because of my tattoos and that my daughter will be embarrassed of me when she’s older." It’s not just the haters that think Becky has gone too far with her look. Even some of Becky's friends and family members think she needs to stop getting any more modifications. Becky has wanted to get her tongue split for years and despite concerns from others she is determined to do as she pleases, being a mother or not. Today, she is meeting her younger brother Toby, who is especially against her plans of getting any more body modifications. How will he react to Becky’s latest plans?

00:00I get comments about my look when I'm out in public.
00:02Sometimes I get gasps of shock.
00:04Worry about yourself. I'm doing fine.
00:06I'd love to put a number on how many tattoos I've got in total,
00:09but it's impossible.
00:10I've been called a bad mother because of my tattoos.
00:12I don't see why having tattoos makes me any less of a parent.
00:15The purpose of today is to tell my brother
00:18that I am thinking about having my tongue split.
00:21I'm quite scared, actually, because I think he's going to kick off.
00:23Is it dangerous?
00:25I started getting tattooed when I was 15.
00:29That's when I had my first.
00:30And then I was always obsessed with them.
00:33I get a lot of negativity online for my look.
00:36It can be either about my appearance,
00:39as in, like, the aesthetics that I have,
00:41or my tattoos.
00:43I also get judged for being a tattooed mother.
00:46It's completely ridiculous.
00:47I don't get it, to be honest.
00:49I don't see why having tattoos makes me any less of a parent
00:51than somebody who doesn't have tattoos.
00:54I get comments about my look when I'm out in public.
00:56Sometimes I get compliments.
00:58Sometimes I get gasps of shock.
01:00Negative comments that I usually receive,
01:02they're always kind of backhanded compliments.
01:05So it'll be like,
01:05well, I like the tattoos,
01:07but I don't like the ones on the face.
01:09Or, she's got good tattoos, but she's taken it too far.
01:12Those comments annoy me because it's like,
01:14you're either saying something nice or you're not.
01:16Which one is it?
01:18I never cover up my tattoos when I'm out with my daughter.
01:21No, I...
01:23I try to dress more respectfully as a mother.
01:26You know, I'm not really wandering around in hot pants
01:29and crop tops anymore,
01:30but I don't have the figure for it anymore.
01:33But no, I dress how I want to dress.
01:35Oh, that looks nice.
01:37I love dressing her up.
01:38I really do.
01:39I usually try and keep it quite casual.
01:41Like today, she's just got leggings and a t-shirt on.
01:44When she was first born,
01:45she did actually have lots of extravagant dresses and outfits.
01:48And I soon realised that
01:51there's definitely a chore trying to put those on her.
01:56So now we go nice and casual, don't we, darling?
02:01Life's completely different now.
02:04The late nights now involve feeds and changing
02:08and weekends are now filled with soft play and mum clubs.
02:14I wouldn't change for the world.
02:16I'd rather have her every single day for the rest of her life
02:20than go to another party again.
02:24I've got lipstick all over her.
02:28If people were to judge my daughter
02:31for her having lots of tattoos like they do me,
02:33I would just tell her to ignore it
02:35because, you know, people are still going to judge you
02:37regardless of whether you did or you didn't do it.
02:40It's really hard to find a boyfriend.
02:42I think, like, guys are really put off
02:44by the whole face tattoo thing.
02:47They don't mind, don't you think?
02:48They can be covered.
02:50But as soon as they go on the hands and face
02:53and they want to take you and introduce you to their parents,
02:55the parents are like, oh, no, I don't like that.
02:58So generally, I think that guys tend to avoid me
03:01because of my appearance.
03:04And then adding a child into the mix with that baggage,
03:07they're a bit like, no.
03:10So I'm not finished with tattoos yet.
03:12I've got a lot more to get.
03:13And I really like my tongue split.
03:15It's something I've thought about for years.
03:18So it's something I'm looking into now.
03:20My little brother has quite a weak stomach.
03:23And I think that he is going to not be happy about it.
03:28I think he'll retch, to be honest.
03:31Becky is an unbelievable mother.
03:33Genuinely, I've never known anyone to be so attentive
03:36and so caring yet let her do her own thing at the same time.
03:41She's really bringing her up well.
03:43She gets stared at every second of every day.
03:47Honestly, I think it's probably the forehead tattoos
03:49that do it.
03:50I think people see that, and they're like, OK,
03:53why has she done that to herself?
03:54But people shouldn't really be like that
03:56because everyone's got their own body.
03:59Hi, babe.
04:00Hi.
04:01You OK?
04:01Yes.
04:02How are you?
04:03I'm fab, thank you.
04:04Oh, I missed you.
04:05Missed you too.
04:06So basically, for a long time, I'm getting my tongue split.
04:17Why?
04:18Because it is my body and my choice.
04:22OK.
04:24But I'm OK.
04:25What do you think about that?
04:27Terrible.
04:27Why is it terrible?
04:29Honest reasoning.
04:30I just find it weird.
04:32I don't understand why anyone would want to have two tongues.
04:36Who's going to find that attractive?
04:39But it's not for them.
04:40It's for me.
04:40It's something I want to do.
04:42How do you do it?
04:43What is it?
04:45So they just cut the tongue in half,
04:47and then they sew it down each side
04:48so it doesn't stitch back together.
04:52What, is it dangerous?
04:53You can lose your tongue.
04:55It could heal, get gangrene, fall off.
04:57I wouldn't be able to speak again.
05:00You can be left with a lisp.
05:03So yeah, there's obviously a danger.
05:05I feel like the tongue-splitting vibe is not one for me.
05:10Definitely, I don't think.
05:11Probably 99%, maybe 99.5% of people
05:15would say that's not a good idea.
05:17But obviously, it's their own.
05:19If she wants to do it, she wants to do it.
05:21I do think mothers with tattoos get judged.
05:23I don't know why they do, because I
05:25don't think there's any difference to a tattooed
05:27person and a non-tattooed person raising a child.
05:31It's literally just artwork on your skin.
05:33The only thing I have to say to anybody
05:35who judges my parenting skills or judges me as a parent
05:39due to the way that I look is, worry about yourself,
05:43because I'm doing fine.
05:45Rory is amazing.
05:46We're both doing really, really well.
05:49I don't think there's any issues in my parenting
05:51skills whatsoever.
