00:05One of the coastlines of our country is known as the best beach in the world.

00:11Where is this?

00:12Let's go there.

00:20For 36,289 kilometers, the Philippine coastline is the 5th most expensive.

00:29It became a big news in the travel industry

00:31that the white beach in Port Barton, San Vicente, Palawan

00:35became the top 4 spot in the list of 50 best beaches in the world

00:40of the Big 7, a global travel website.

00:43The witness of this development is Alvin Arria,

00:46a vlogger and fisherman from Tubog, San Vicente.

00:50I've been a resident of San Vicente for 20 years.

00:53But at the same time, there are many challenges and trials,

01:00like the Odette typhoon in 2021.

01:03The effect of a strong typhoon in the coastal areas and coastal ecosystems of the Philippines

01:09is the destruction of sensitive habitats, such as coral reefs.

01:14Houses are being destroyed and fish are being eaten.

01:16So sometimes, the production of fisheries declines.

01:21There are 14,000 communities all over the country.

01:24They are all around our oceans.
