As Oktoberfest kicks off, Munich enhances security

Following the deadly knife attack in the city of Solingen in August, Munich's mayor has assured the public that all measures will be taken to ensure safety at the world's largest folk festival. Millions of visitors are expected at the world-famous beer festival in Munich over its 16-day run.
