00:00In your business, you have to systemize everything and I mean literally everything.
00:05I found that if you don't you waste you waste so much time double the times triple the time.
00:12I mean you waste so much time if you don't systemize anything.
00:17I've been able to make daily videos.
00:20I mean everyone asks me how do you make daily videos all the time and post all over the place?
00:26Well first is practice.
00:28I've been doing it for two plus years on top of that.
00:32I wanted to find a way how to post and how to record
00:37and how to do these videos quickly without too much fuss plus the fact I have it systemized.
00:47I have a checklist that I go through every single day
00:50and I know basically where everything has to be posted even though it's in my head.
00:57I've still have it on an Apple note basically with little check marks as to what I need to do.
01:03I don't use a notion.
01:05I don't use Basecamp.
01:06I don't use anything for that.
01:07I make a simple note.
01:10I have a template.
01:11I copy paste it to a new one number it date it and put everything I need in it
01:15and the check off everything I've done.
01:18That's how I get my videos out there every single day.
01:23So if I didn't have that system if I hadn't done it for a while,
01:27if I didn't figure out the easiest way to do it,
01:32it would be virtually impossible and that the fact that people are asking me.
01:36How do you do it tells me that my system actually works.
01:41Hey calling it system, but it kind of is I guess.
01:44So if you systemize anything in your business and everything in your business,
01:49there are some things that you can't like posting on different social networks.
01:55You can do it, but it kind of doesn't look right.
01:59If you do it via Zapier or whatever.
02:01I want the human feel of me posting so that part of it.
02:05I don't systemize in a way or automate I should say,
02:10but the very fact that I have my least.
02:14I mean, definitely my daily videos systemized in such a way.
02:19I can get them out. So you have to make sure that you systemize.
02:23I've used that word a lot in this video everything in your business
02:28so you can have your free time.
02:30Otherwise, you're working 24 7 and getting nothing done.
