Don’t focus on the software
Productivity shouldn’t be something you’re taught how to do. It should be you just getting your work done. So using the tools or software should come from the way you work, not from some guru who tells you what you should use.

00:28You should be focused on getting your work done.
00:30Now, the reason why you're focused on software is because somebody
00:33else has told you this software is great.
00:36Some productivity Guru has said use this software and you'll get
00:40everything done and that they're complete.
00:44Crapola of information to be honest because the system the process
00:51matters not the software.
00:54So it's not the fact that you know, this looks horrible for other
01:00people, but I feel great in it.
01:02Just the same as I feel great working on any pieces of software
01:07because my system is correct not because I have to use that software
01:13because someone else has told me to use that piece of software.
01:17There are videos saying I should use this software from this Guru
01:20and that Guru and all the other stuff, right?
01:23So when you have a system, like I spoke about yesterday with
01:28systemizing your business when you have a system for the way you
01:32work, it makes picking the right software the right tools that
01:39you need to use in your business or your personal life so much
01:43easier.
01:43It's just like marketing.
01:45If you market to everyone, you don't market to anyone if you
01:48market and focus to one person more people will come to you
01:53because they want that service.
01:56So it's kind of niching effectively.
01:59It's like niching down on tools same as niching down on what you
02:06do when you're working in your business.
02:08So don't focus too much.
02:12Yeah, don't focus too much on what the Guru tells you the software
02:18you should use focus on creating the right process in your business
02:25then pick the tool that works for you.
02:28Not because someone else has told you.
