Everyone at some point will have a problem with their Apple tech and not realise they’ve already identified the issue or friction point. And need to find a solution. So once you know there is a problem, there is no problem.

00:00You know what the friction points are, you know what you're getting upset about, whether it's your Mac, your phone, the software, the way you're running your business with the technology and stuff.
00:10If you know that there is a problem, then you can obviously fix that problem.
00:15Okay.
00:16The next step is where do you go?
00:17Well, you have to figure out what kind of issue that you have.
00:20Is that a login issue that too many emails is it?
00:23So you find the right person to fix that issue.
00:27So it doesn't matter from what angle that problem comes from, you know, that there is a problem that you need to fix.
00:37So you've identified that friction point.
00:40So then you found the problem and then obviously it's not going to be a problem when it's fixed.
00:46So again, if you know, there's a problem that isn't a problem because then you can actually fix it.
