Japanese Authorities Order Thousands To Evacuate From Heavy Rain, Flooding

Japan’s meteorological agency has issued its highest warning for the Ishikawa region as heavy rain and flooding submerges buildings and triggers landslides in the area still recovering from a massive earthquake that struck on New Year's Day.
