22-Year-Old Taiwanese Man Missing After Travel to Shanghai

A 22-year-old Taiwanese man has been reported missing after traveling to Shanghai at the end of August. Taiwan's semiofficial Straits Exchange Foundation has sent a letter asking about his location, and warned Taiwanese citizens to limit travel to China unless necessary.
