నగరంలో హైడ్రా దూకుడుగా వ్యవహరిస్తోంది. ఆదివారం ఒక్కరోజే నిరంతరంగా 17గంటలపాటు సుమారు 16విల్లాలలను కూల్చేసింది హైడ్రా. దీంతో బఫర్ జోన్ లో ఉన్న అక్రమ నిర్మాణాలను ఎట్టి పరిస్తితిలో కూల్చి తీరుతామనే సంకేతాలిస్తోంది హైడ్రా.
