03:37in accordance with the commitment order of Pasig RTC Branch 167

03:41under the Qualified Human Trafficking Case.

03:53Guo underwent a saliva test to find out if she had tuberculosis.

03:56When the result came out negative, she was transferred to a regular cell

04:00with more than 40 other inmates.

04:03Guo's camp asked to stay in the PNP Custodial Center

04:06in accordance with the court's request.

04:08We filed our urgent motion to transfer her detention to PNP Custodial

04:14because of her threats.

04:15We have to coordinate with them on how to transfer her back to the Custodial Facility.

04:24But the court issued a new order

04:26stating that Guo was removed from her first court order

04:29because she was transferred.

04:31She will remain in our custody until further notice of my court order.

04:34Tomorrow, Guo is expected to attend the hearing of the Senate on POGO.

04:38Seven of Guo's accomplices who were accused of Qualified Trafficking

04:41have confessed and are now held by the NBI.

04:44But they refused to be included in the criminal case.

04:47Four of them introduced themselves to a market vendor in the town of Concepcion.

04:51In 2019, they applied for a lending.

04:54They probably got their names from a loan shark.

04:56But they were not recognized by Mayor Guo.

05:03All of their claims that they were voluntarily surrendered,

05:07all of their claims were used.

05:10Those allegations, their justifications against themselves,

05:15will be revealed during the trial.

05:18This woman was instructed by the NBI President

05:21by one of the companies.

05:23She invested in Guo's company

05:25which operates online gaming.

05:28But she was not involved in trafficking.

05:41Her brother is close to Guo.

05:43And she is one of his accused accomplices.

05:45She was instructed by two other male accomplices

05:48who joined their company.

06:08According to the NBI,

06:09it is possible for the accomplices to be state witnesses.

06:12But it depends on the information they have.
