00:25This was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump, but I am so sorry I failed you.
00:30However, the letter is addressed to the world,
00:32and he goes on to offer a bounty on Donald Trump's head, writing,
00:36It is up to you now to finish the job,
00:38and I will offer $150,000 to whomever can complete the job.
00:42Everyone across the globe, from the youngest to the oldest,
00:45know that Trump is unfit to be anything, much less a U.S. president.
00:50Ruth's lawyer alleges that the letter outlined an intent to fail,
00:53saying it was more of a publicity stunt.
00:55Ruth was spotted while lurking outside Trump's West Palm Beach golf course with a rifle,
00:59just a couple of hundred feet away from the former president.
