03:16I was supposed to go and say, like, I'm excited to see the opportunities, like, getting involved in the different societies and, like, meeting new people and getting involved in the course as well.

04:30I never had really been here much before, but then when we came up to visit for, um,
04:35open days and stuff, like, Dad would have taken me around the town and stuff as well,
04:39and I thought it was quite good.

05:06So lots of good places to be around the campus.

05:35Yes, I've been up here since, um, first year.

05:40Have you got any, like, favourite spots in Derry?
05:42Um, I'm trying to think.
05:46I, around town, usually.
05:48Guapo's definitely a favourite spot, because Guapo's the best.

06:08Talk to as many people as you can.
06:11Just anybody you see on your course, chat to them.
06:14Anybody you see sitting alone, chat to them.
06:16Because you never know what you might have in common.
06:18Just involve yourself in everything.
06:21Societies.
06:22Involve yourself in clubs and nightlife.
06:25And just dive in, really.
06:27So, yeah.

06:42But, uh, second, third year, decided to come up and commute.
06:45And, uh, do you have any tips for first-years coming to Derry?
06:48Um, join societies.
06:50Take everything as it comes.
06:52And just try and get involved as much as you can in the culture.
06:55Is there any places in Derry that you recommend to try?
06:58Um, I hear Guapo's very good.
07:00I've yet to try it myself, but, um, everyone says it's the place to go.
07:03So, uh, I'd definitely recommend Derry.
07:05I'm actually going there today, so I'll come back and let you know how it is, yeah.
