00:00More than 250 ships of China were monitored by the Philippine Navy in the West Philippine Sea this past week.

00:07The majority of them were in the Escoda Shoal, but this does not mean that it is now controlled by China.

00:14We have the first news from Chino Gaston.

00:17You are endangering the safety of our crew and passengers.

00:20According to the Philippine Navy, the Chinese helicopter made a dangerous landing and landing

00:26of the B-4 airplane that was patrolling the Bajo de Masinloc or Panatag Shoal.

00:31They are unsafe maneuvers, they are uncalled for, unprofessional.

00:37We leave it up to the B-4 to issue the appropriate official statement on that.

00:41But again, actions like this have no place in the aviation industry.

00:46Of the newest monitoring of the Philippine Navy, 12 Chinese ships passed through the Bajo de Masinloc.

00:52But there were more in the Eungin Shoal where the BRP Sierra Madre crashed.

00:5872 Chinese vessels were in the Eungin Shoal in total.

01:02From the 7 Chinese militia vessels there, it reached 62.

01:07Our soldiers in the BRP Sierra Madre have high morale.

01:12They are used to the numbers around them and they are happy to perform their mandate.

01:17But there were more in the Escoda Shoal where the BRP Teresa Magbanua was forced to leave.

01:2516 China Coast Guard and 55 Chinese militia vessels were watching.

01:30The Chinese Navy warships became 11 out of the previous 4.

01:35In total, from September 17 to 23, 251 Chinese vessels were spotted in different parts of the West Philippine Sea.

01:43The majority of them since the Philippine Navy started monitoring.

01:47This is the biggest increase. From 157, it went down a bit, then it went up to 251.

01:53For whatever reason, I don't want to speculate on that, we continue monitoring, we continue performing our mandate.

01:59But this doesn't mean that China is controlling the Escoda Shoal.

02:04And we have to continue pushing back against this because the international law is behind us.

02:09The only thing necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.

02:14The only thing necessary to legitimize the presence of the PLA in the West Philippine Sea

02:21is for the Philippine instrumentality in the maritime domain to stop performing its mandate.

02:27The Philippine military continues to strengthen.

02:31Two fast attack interdiction grafts from Israel arrived that can destroy missiles.

03:01when US President Joe Biden mentioned the issue in the South China Sea.

03:06China continues to behave aggressively, testing us all across the region.

03:10And it's true in the South China Sea, the East China Sea, South Asia, and Taiwan's trades.

03:17The Chinese Foreign Ministry's answer is that America should stop its use of force against China.
