00:45He claims the paramilitary group was orchestrated and financed from Serbia, but Serbia says
00:50the gunmen acted on their own.
00:54Only three people have been arrested, while others are at large.
00:58The European Union and the United States condemned the attack and have called on Serbia to hand
01:03over the gunmen.
