00:00It's only been a year since we've seen changes in the number of buses running across Wales,
00:06and this is under your Government's control.
00:09If there's anything to be said in support of this,
00:13it's obvious that the changes have been a total failure,
00:16with poor people unable to access services,
00:19and children and young people unable to access sports clubs and so on.
00:23So, we've had a report from the Cabinet Secretary over the past few days
00:26that shows an assessment of the impact of these changes,
00:30if you look closely, over the past few years.

00:39I will, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
00:44will be assessing the impact of changes on the Charles Cymru lines.
00:49And, of course, that does relate to the whole range of uses of that line,
00:54from everyday use, children, young people, older people, tourism.
00:59We'll be looking at that.
