Mumbai experienced heavy rains on September 25. Waterlogging was witnessed in several parts of the financial capital of the country. Traffic snarls led to more trouble for Mumbaikars. As per an ANI report, a landslide occurred at the Mumbra bypass around 11:30 pm. The landslide led to traffic jam for over 3 hours. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) declared a holiday for schools and colleges in the city on September 26 in view of red alert issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) BMC also advised Mumbaikars to step out of homes only if required. Many airlines like SpiceJet, IndiGo and Vistara shared on X that some flights have been diverted. Railway commuters also faced several issues. Watch the video to know more.
