00:00There's an awful lot of mental pressure that goes for playing for a club that size and I think
00:04yeah the way you described them as never being quite in control I think is quite good because
00:08they've managed to get the results, the results with the exception of one and it's the one that
00:12matters to Rangers fans, with the exception of one, the results have been good but yeah sometimes
00:18it is a little bit like watching, what's that famous phrase, a drunk man chasing a balloon by
00:22the side of a cliff. When you talk about the turmoil off field that's just situation normal
00:29at Rangers. I'm trying to remember our last really, really kind of calm, becalmed, settled
00:35time at different levels so maybe at some point they love the drama, maybe they're succeeding
00:40because of the drama rather than in spite of it you know. I also think that players are good at
00:46switching these things out, what Rangers players have shown they're difficult with is you say when
00:50they get a dunt to their confidence, a dunt to their belief and it happens in football you see
00:55it when even the best of teams unless they've been coached by the same guy for five years and
01:01know everything inside out and are absolutely certain and what they're doing is working,
01:07these little doubts clip in like well I know the manager wants me to do this but should I maybe
01:12just do that because I feel more comfortable so they might still be at that stage as well.
