एमसीडी स्थाई समिती के सदस्य का चुनाव गुरुवार को होने वाला था. हालांकि गुरुवार को चुनाव न होकर निगम की कार्यवाही को 5 अक्टूबर तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया. इस पहले AAP पार्षदों ने सदन में मोबाइल न ले जाने को लेकर जमकर हंगामा किया था.
